XIX SPECIALIZED TECHNICAL EXHIBITON
EXPO-RADIO KAZANLAK - 2010
The 19-th edition of Amateur Radio Expo - Kazanlak will take place on the 12th and 13th of June 2010 in the "Arsenal" Cultural center of the town.
Participants in the technical exhibition are companies, organizations and amateur clubs acting in the radio and electronics area.
TERMS OF PARTICIPATION (EXHIBITORS)
We have three different types of exhibitors:
1.Section A trade stalls for companies .
2.Section B advertising representation of companies, departments, organizations and publishers of technical literature
3.Section C second hand electronic and radio componentsSECTION A
The trade stalls for companies are situated on the first floor in the lobby of the building. They are designed of specialized equipment with standard parameters (screen 0.5/1 m and height 2 meters) and size (4 or 6 sq. meters) or it can be built based on a participant's requirements. A standard trade stall is 3x2 meters (6 sq. m.), open front, two glass-cases, a table, two level shelf, three chairs, an interior lamp and connection- block with network voltage 220w/500VA.Companies with hired trade stalls above 10 sq.m. size get the possibility to freely hang their advertising posters in up to 2 sq.m. prominent place.
SECTION B
Areas for advertising purposes are built as information centers to offer business contacts, technical literature, magazines, souvenirs and advertisements. A standard stall is 2x2 (4 sq.m.). It is equipped with glass case, a table, two chairs, shelf, interior lamp and a connection block with network voltage 220w/500VA.
Apart from this an area for representatives from radio clubs and organizations with notional purpose, public organizations and technical literature publishers can be granted if they declare their participation preliminary.The price of a standard stall is calculated on the basis of the pricelist (button 'Price list'). Centrally positioned stalls from N: 12 to N:16 have higher price up to 30%. In all other cases the price is negotiated between the parties /participant - organizer/.
SECTION C
The Secon Hand section is not intended for corporate business. It can be used by individuals, each using up to 2 sq.m. if having their passes with them. In this case the organizer keeps the right to locate the participants himself.The deadline for submitting your participation is 15th of May 2010. Participants who claimed their participation after this period negotiate the details additionally
RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS
Sales and purchasing during the exhibition are performed in alignment with the respective acting laws and orders of the Bulgarian Republic and its adherence is obligatory for all participants!
Each participant is obliged to keep the organizer and the security guards instructions concerning cleanness, order and safety of all participants and visitors of the exhibition.
All participants have the right of trading and advertising in the full amount and height up to the ceiling of the hired stall.
The organizer is obliged to provide the required from each participant area, equipment and electricity under the defined paragraphs here and the above described terms.
The organizer provides a 24 hours security of the hall and technical support of the rented equipment from 12 of clock at noon on the 11th of June till 13.00 of clock on the 13th of June 2010.
The organizer does not bare any responsibility of missing exhibits which is why it is preferable that the participants insure their goods and possessions for any possible risks.COMMON TERMS
The rent of stalls is performed through preliminary payment of the obligatory registration tax at the amount of BGN 100 for the companies who want preliminary defined and equipped stalls. The situation of the stalls is made after reconciliation of the organizer. Those having priority are:
1.. Companies/individuals who has participated more than twice in the exhibition, if they confirm their usual stalls for exhibition.
2. Exhibitors who are also sponsors of the organization
3. The succession of received applicationsWhen rejection for participation is received ten days before the exhibition the registration card amount is reimbursed at 50%, if the rejection is up to two days before the beginning there is no reimbursement of the registration amount.
The final payment of the amounts (the registration tax is included in the whole amount paid for the rental) is effected at the time of arriving and an invoice is issued by the Cultural center of Arsenal or by the organizer.
Participants should take their places on Friday, 11th of June from 14.00 till 18.00 of clock or on the 12th of June from 7.30 a.m. till 8.45 a.m. at the presence of the organizer or security. If more time is needed for any construction to be built there is a possibility an access to be allowed to the hall up to two days before the event.
Working time for visitors is: day firs (12 of June, Saturday) from 09.15 a.m. till 17.30 p.m. (for exhibitors- 07.30 a.m. till 18.00 p.m.) and day second -13 of June, Sunday from 09.00 a.m. till 12.00 p.m. ( 08.00 a.m. till 13.00 p.m. for exhibitors).
